I’m Iiz, a qualified Yoga Teacher, Fitness Trainer, and Wellness Advocate from Dublin, now living the sunny life in Spain.

I believe in tuning into your body, listening to what it needs and and doing what’s right for you. This changes of course with age and life circumstances and thats ok!

My mission is simple: make yoga, fitness, and well-being accessible and enjoyable for everybody and every body. Life’s too short not to embrace our imperfections, love ourselves as we are, and live our most authentic, vibrant lives.

I bring boundless energy and positivity to everything I do. Life’s about balance—whether that’s a green smoothie in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening—and embracing who we are, imperfections and all.

I run weekly online yoga classes, and host multiple wellness retreats in Ireland, Spain and Marrakesh.

I have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for sharing the practices that support me and helping others to feel better and thrive —body, mind, and spirit.

I love everything French – Coco, Paris, rosé wine and of course my husband Sebastien. 

I am a HUGE Coronas fan and have subjected my spin classes to their music on more than one occasion.

I have twin boys Zac & Jules who keep me very busy!

I love to swim in the sea, it is my go to when I need energy or a reset.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga to join a retreat or class?

Not at all. Liz’s retreats and classes welcome all levels — from complete beginners to long-time practitioners. Every session is taught in a way that supports your pace, your body, and your unique needs.

What should I bring to a retreat or session?

A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind.
For retreats, you’ll receive a full packing list in advance so you feel completely prepared and at ease.

I feel nervous or out of practice. Will I still benefit?

Absolutely. Many people come to Liz’s retreats during times of transition, stress, or uncertainty. The practices are gentle, grounding, and designed to support you exactly where you are right now.

What is included in a Retreat?

Each retreat offers daily yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, nourishing meals, time in nature, and supportive community moments.
You’ll leave feeling rested, centered, and more connected to yourself.

Can I come alone?

Yes — many guests attend solo.

Liz offers modifications and gentle variations for all bodies.
