Whats Included In a Retreat?

Each retreat is different but all retreat prices include all meals, accommodation, daily yoga, meditation and workshops.

For international retreats flights are not included but we do provide airport transfer. Please see individual retreats below for more information and what to expect!

Absolutely! There is always a mix of people who come alone and those who come

With a pal. Everyone is welcome and there’s no need to feel apprehensive.

The Ireland Retreat

A pause, a reset a return to self

Mornings kick off bright and early with sunrise river swims (yes, it’s cold… yes, you’ll scream… yes, it’s worth it), followed by yoga and meditation to help you feel grounded, connected, and slightly less frozen.

You’ll be spoiled with home-cooked meals made with love. In between, there’s plenty of free time to wander, nap, or do absolutely nothing.

There’s space to step away from everyday routines, slow things down, and breathe a little deeper.

Our Spring Coaching Workshop – “Planting the Seed” offers gentle inspiration, reflection, and intention-setting for the season ahead.

All of this takes place in a relaxed, welcoming space, shared with like-minded people — easy connection, good laughs, and zero pressure.

The Moroccan Retreat


Take time this Autumn to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself on a soulful retreat in magical Marrakesh.

We will begin each morning with meditation and yoga on our deck overlooking Lake Takeroust and end each day with yoga nidra (deep relaxation) under the stars.

Excursions are optional, you can discover the incredible and widly vibrant souk in the heart of Marrakesh or breathe in the beauty of the Atlas Mountains on a guided hike.

We have treatments available and lots of time to relax by the pool. This retreat is a chance to pause, disconnect and rediscover your inner spark.

The Spanish Retreat


Five days and four nights in the peaceful surroundings of The Palms Boutique Resort in the hills of Malaga.

We will begin every day with a sunrise mediation followed by a beautiful yoga flow specially designed for all levels of yogi.

Brunch is served daily in our beautifully shaded breakfast area.

You have lots of free time to relax in the sun, swim in the heated salt water pool, have a well deserved massage or facial in one of our treatment rooms or you can of course simply chill in the jacuzzi in the stunning tropical gardens.

Before dinner we will meditate or do some Journaling. After dinner we will end our day with a deeply restorative and nourishing Yoga Nidra.

Dinner each night is three courses, vegetarian, wholesome and healthy.
Any dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
