Start your New Year off in a positive way with our nourishing Yoga Supper. Liz will guide you through a dynamic flow, followed by a restorative sequence and meditation session. The theme of the evening is self-acceptance. So forget those January blues, diets and deprivation and focus on caring and nurturing yourself in 2019.
After dinner, we'll sit down in the cafe to enjoy a two course vegetarian dinner bursting with seasonal flavours: this will also be an opportunity to chat, share stories, make new friends, and celebrate the new year.
