Surround yourself with healing nature, deep rest and wholesome food at our Summer Wellness Retreat in St Mullins, Co Carlow.

This retreat will help you to tune in to your body, relax your mind and reconnect to your Self. 
The weekend is whatever you want it to be. You can take part in as much or as little as you like - it's all about YOU.

Through yoga, meditation, rest and reflection we will begin to let go of those things in our lives that no longer serve us. We will do a beautiful letting go ceremony which will prepare us to work on our Wish List for the months ahead. This is a very special, fun and exciting thing to do. It will enable us to move forward with clarity so that we can attract abundance and positivity into our lives.

You will leave feeling rested and reenergised, with a deeper sense of connection to and love for yourself and an huge sense of excitement for your year ahead.  

Food
All of the food will be freshly made on site by our amazing and talented chef Linda who, together with her husband Tim, is the owner of Mulvarra house.

You will be very well looked after over the weekend with everything from fresh juices and beautiful brunches to healthy treats and delicious dinners.

Accommodation

There are no single rooms available. There is one triple room and the rest are twin. All rooms are very comfortable and clean. If you wish to come with a friend or a group please specify the number of people and the name of each attendee in your booking and I will do my best to accommodate.

This is YOUR weekend so if there are activities / classes that you would rather not participate in that is entirely up to you!

Escape those winter months and retreat to this beautiful oasis in the mountains of Malaga.

4 days to rest, relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. There are lots on offer over the four days and you can pick and choose what you fancy - yoga, meditation, manifestation workshop, sunrise swims in the Mediterranean, yoga nidra, yin yoga and more.

What?
Five days and four nights in the peaceful surroundings of The Palms Boutique Resort in the hills of Malaga.

We will begin every day with a mediation followed by a beautiful yoga flow specially designed for all levels of yogi.

Brunch is served daily in our beautifully shaded breakfast area. The food is a highlight on this retreat! Nils our chef is simply amazing!

You have lots of free time to relax in the sun or under a palm tree, swim in the heated salt water pool, have a well deserved massage or facial in one of our treatment rooms or you can of course simply chill in the jacuzzi in the stunning tropical gardens.

Before dinner we will do a workshop or meditation and after dinner we will end our day with a deeply restorative and nourishing Yoga Nidra or Sound Bath.

Dinner each night is three courses, vegetarian, wholesome, healthy and delicious!
Any dietary restrictions will be accommodated.

I really want you to get the most out of your time so please note this is not just a Yoga retreat, it’s a well-being retreat where you do what is right for you to care for yourself, nothing is obligatory. Do as much or as little as you want. It’s all about you!!

If you would like to explore, there is an option to hike to the most incredibly beautiful Caminito del Rey on Saturday and take a trip to the city or the beach on Sunday. We will organise these trips in advance and I will be in touch two months before the retreat to organise that.

Please note extra excursions and treatments are not included nor are the flights. I recommend you book your flights as soon as possible.

The early bird cost of the retreat is 999€ per person sharing.

September for me is like a kinder January, a time when we can clear the slate if needed and work on our dreams and intentions. A nourish is a great way to pause, breathe, reflect, let go and move forward. We do this through movement (yoga), meditation (guided & nidra) and manifestation (letting go & intention setting ceremonies).

It takes place early on a Saturday morning so it wont eat into your weekend time and it is on zoom so you can take part in the comfort of your home.

New Year Nourish

Let’s begin the year together, in community and with compassion for ourselves and others.

January is a time when many of us make resolutions and try to change habits so better in our lives. It is incredibly important to approach any changes with patience and compassion for ourselves and others, as well as making space in our lives for the miracles to enter. That is why I have created the most nourishing morning for you at the beginning of a new and hopefully happy year.

We will begin our morning with meditation, followed by a yoga class which can be as slow or dynamic as you wish. We will then move into the magic: our manifestation workshop. I will guide you through a journal prompts so that yu can take stock of where you are, begin to let go of the things in your life that no longer lights you up or even the things that hold you back and finally we will look inwards and beyond to create our intentions for the year ahead. It truly is a magic practice.

Our day will end with a nourishing, healing and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.

What?

This retreat is all about you. We will practice yoga and meditation every morning and yoga nidra and meditation in the evening. There will be an afternoon activity each day. You can do as much or as little as like. There is no pressure, just bliss!

Join me for a beautiful evening of movement, meditation, manifestation, food and chats.

The New Year is a great time to let go of things that no longer serve us and create space for inviting in what we want for our lives. Our evening will start with meditation for grounding and surrendering. We will move into a short, slow vinyasa flow to build energy and bring awareness to our body. Our practice will end with some nourishing restorative yoga and a snoozey yoga nidra because everyone needs more rest and relaxation in their lives.  After class we will head into the cafe for a vegan supper which I can promise will nourish your body, mind and soul.

Start your New Year off in a positive way with our nourishing Yoga Supper. Liz will guide you through a dynamic flow, followed by a restorative sequence and meditation session. The theme of the evening is self-acceptance. So forget those January blues, diets and deprivation and focus on caring and nurturing yourself in 2019.

After dinner, we'll sit down in the cafe to enjoy a two course vegetarian dinner bursting with seasonal flavours: this will also be an opportunity to chat, share stories, make new friends, and celebrate the new year.
