New Year Yoga Supper

Join me for a beautiful evening of movement, meditation, manifestation, food and chats.

The New Year is a great time to let go of things that no longer serve us and create space for inviting in what we want for our lives. Our evening will start with meditation for grounding and surrendering. We will move into a short, slow vinyasa flow to build energy and bring awareness to our body. Our practice will end with some nourishing restorative yoga and a snoozey yoga nidra because everyone needs more rest and relaxation in their lives.  After class we will head into the cafe for a vegan supper which I can promise will nourish your body, mind and soul.
