Join me in person for a day retreat in the beautiful surroundings of Dunmurry Springs for our September Nourish. We have wated a long time for this and I can promise you we will have the most beautiful day together.
We will connect to ourselves and our deepest desires through YOGA, MEDITATION & MANIFESTATION.
We will come together (very safely of course) to reflect, release and reconnect. I think we all need time to make sense of what we have been through and this day will help in that process. We will give ourselves the best chance to move forward with hope, love and positivity. This Nourish will absolutely help you to take stock of where you are and gain clarity about where you would like to go.
We will create space for those dreams and desires by reflecting on the months past and letting go of that which no longer serves we. We will then work on our intentions for the weeks and months ahead. This ritual helps us to take stock of where we are, where we want to be and gives us clarity to work on manifesting and creating the life you want.
THE DAY
Welcome.
YOGA
The yoga will be dynamic and nourishing suitable for all levels.
MEDITATION
The meditations will focus on grounding, releasing and manifesting.
MANIFESTATION
The Letting Go & Manifestation ceremonies are one of the best things I’ve done in my life to help me make things happen personally and professionally. Both rituals and practices are incredibly useful and motivating and can give amazing insight into our lives and our inner workings.
Our day will end with nourishing yoga nidra.
In the middle of the day we will pause of lunch (which will be provided by our talented and wonderful chef Aideen Burke) and some time in nature to digest - it’s gonna be fantabulous!
